Italian singer Sara Dall’Olio releases studio album « Debut », arranged and produced by David Serero

Italian singer Sara Dall’Olio releases her first studio album « Debut,» arranged and produced by David Serero.

Sara Dall'Olio is an Italian singer and prize winner of international voice competitions and festivals. Born in 1999, she started singing at the age of 11. In 2019, she met opera singer and producer David Serero during the Adagio Festival in Odesa, Ukraine, and decided to produce her debut album.

Her first single, « Caruso,» was released during winter 2020. Her second single is an Italian version of I Have Nothing (made famous by Whitney Houston), «Non-Ho Niente.» Her first album, « Debut,» was released in 2021, with cover songs of American and Italian standards in which Sara can demonstrate her unique vocal technique and voice color. All the tracks are arranged, mixed, and produced by David Serero. Originally planned to be recorded in New York, where David Serero is based, the instrumentals were recorded in New York. In contrast, Sara recorded her voice in Italy at the Cosascuola Recording Studio.

« When I first heard Sara Dall'Olio singing at the Odessa Adagio Festival by Armando Gukasyan, I was struck by her vocal power and presence. I knew bringing her the right style, interpretation, and production would result in something you've never heard before, as she embodies pure classical pop Italian singing in the style of Laura Pausini, Lara Fabian, and more. In 'Caruso,' Sara shows who she is: a mature singer full of dynamism, expression, elegance, and power. The same goes for other Italian pop classics of the Crossover repertoire, such as 'Adagio' and 'Cambiare,' bringing back to life the beautiful traditional Italian pop singing. I have also added an Italian adaptation of 'I Have Nothing' and 'My Way,' only accompanied by piano and violins. Her vocal power is largely appreciated by international standards of what is considered one of the most difficult songs ever written, "And I am telling you, I'm not going' and 'Listen' from the Broadway musical Dreamgirls. And trust me, you ain't seen nothing yet! » commented producer David Serero.

Sara Dall'Olio commented on her excitement, «I've always been a daydreaming girl. Sometimes, I was afraid that these dreams were bigger than me, unattainable. Today, still skeptical, I can say that I am proud to have realized my most significant dream: this album. It represents for me not only a great goal achieved but also a new beginning. New York has always been my favorite city, and to think that my voice has reached this point represents an incredible dream come true. I wish to thank my producer, David Serero, for believing in me, his professionalism, and the masterful work he executed on the album.»
